What's your goal for this week?

My goal this week is to eat as close to my calorie allowance as possible and keep the weekend under control. Next Monday is one of my "goal" dates to have lost so much. I would have to lose 1.8 lbs to make it. I don't think that is possible but I want to give it my all!

    my goal for this week is to break 30lbs, this before I take a trip to get my kids, being on the road will be hard, eating out and such! At least we will be in my parents RV, so we can avoid all those heavy calorie fast food joints, and make our own good stuff!! :) But I especially want to break that 30lb gone to show off to my ex wife and friends that I CAN do it and am!!!!!!!!!! :bigsmile:

    You can do it...pack lots of healthy snacks!!! I have an ex who used to tell me all the time "I don't know why you can't lose weight" He was naturally skinny and could eat anything. I kinda can't wait to see him to prove that I CAN do it too. Keep up the good work hatterjw!
