im having slow weight lose. im ok with that because im growing but i have these wierd thighs what to do WHAT DO I DO help me

plus i need friends i just started

    First of all slow weight loss is better than none or going the other direction. Second learn to love your body and it's perceived flaws. That will make your journey more bearable. I can't see the thigh picture, but I am sure they are like everyone's thighs- we all wish they were smaller.

    lol thanks sry about the pics its just i cant wear any of my jeans beacuse the theighs get pressed up i just wish i cold get them harder

    Squats and stairs to tone the legs and watch the calorie intake and they will thin out and tone up!

    The best exercise is aerobic activities that target the thighs involve exercises like running, biking and plyometrics. I've found that step ups, side lunges, squats really works for me. Step ups and squats with additional weights target almost all of the muscles in your legs. Side lunges are an excellent way to work your inner and outer thighs -- adductors and abductors.
