Cool gadget gift for bro who's lost 100 lbs,Suggestions?

Hello all, thought I'd send this to the gurus. My brother was pushing 300 a year ago, he made a lifestyle change about a 1 1/2 ago and I'd really like to get him a cool gift, preferably a gadget to further encourage his journey. He is 28, created his own makeshift gym in our backyard, he already has the common stuff but I wanted to get him something within $150 range that he'll love and use. I was looking into the fitness bands like Nike FUEL, Jawbone Up etc., but I am really looking for gadget ideas as well as anything you got and really didn't like or use.
