Serving size in BH&G Cookbook

Anyone have any idea what a "serving size" is in BH&G cookbook? I am making bolognese sauce and they list the nutrition facts for a "serving" but don't say what the serving size is. They say that the recipe makes 5-6 servings but I really don't have the time to divy it up into 5 servings! Help! Any ideas?
And this is what makes tracking so difficult in my opinion !!!! :noway:

Do it once. See what it is. I am gonna guess a 1/2 cup is a serving0

Thanks! I guess I'll bite the bullet and do it once and then write it down.
Thanks for encouraging me to not be lazy!!!I'll let you know what I come up with.

I use my scale extensively for things like this. I weigh each thing individually and calculate approx serving size (i.e. 1lb ground turkey for an 8 serving recipe - every serving is at least 2 oz of meat) and then I do it as a whole and figure it out. Some are really easy to figure out. Good luck!0
