My MyFitnessPall Progress

as of today it's my 94th day logging in on here. I've had my struggles and challenges even before joining this site. I just wanted to share. I try to workout twice a day, every day but have lately been making one day a rest day. My lowest weight so far was 145.2 about 2 or so weeks ago. I wanna get back to that and try to maintain for a while.
