    Drop the chicken sausage and check the sugar load on the yogurt--most of them are packed with sugar, but a few aren't.

    I would drop the bacon, too many triglycerides, or go to turkey bacon or something, ton of cholesterol in the eggs and cheese ( or lose the yolks) The greek yogurt is awesome... good protein, but get the 0 fat. Will need fruit though cause it's kinda gross totally plain. If you aren't making it a point to eat clean, I like to put a squirt of Mio drink flavoring in my greek yogurt... tastes great, no cals.
