I made a huge batch of dehydrated watermelon...and have googled and searched but can't find any calorie estimates for it. Anyone have any ideas?

It tastes super yummy and crunchy (I dried it in thin strips) and I figure is a healthy version of eating a potato chip!

Watermelon is especially delicious dried. You'd swear it was candy. I love it. My suggestion is to estimate about how much it was before being dried, and use that calorie count because you kept all the calories just not the water.

I slice it into about 1/4 inch slices (don't want to slice it much thicker it takes forever to dry)...then I put it in my dehydrator. It has so much water in it, it took about 20 hours to be done. It is sweet and tart and unbelievably yummy and crunchy!
