help!

Okay so my problem is my stomach im 9st 9lbs but my stomach looks 12st on its own haha its still really flabby

I know you cant spot reduce fat before anyone else jumps on me so im eating at a calorie deficit and lowering my entire body fat percentage, i am doing this

My workout is as follows:

Everyday i do the 30 day shred, 30 day ab challenge and 30 day squat challenge.

Is there any other exercise i should be including in this to try and tone up my stomach while reducing my body fat percentage?

    The good news is you're doing everything right and you're on your way to having an awesome stomach. The bad news is all you can really do is be patient and keep up the good work. And make sure you drink lots of water and consume fresh fruits and vegetables for the fiber, as well as reducing sodium. this is help prevent any bloating. Good luck!
