4 months and I LOST A 1st grader! I have 1 more to lose!

Probably an odd title, but it's true! I have a 7 year old stepdaughter and she weighs 51 pounds. In the last 4 months, I've lost 50 pounds! :) I've got a little more than that to go, but it really puts it into perspective for me! I've lost an entire 1st grader and it's an awesome feeling!

I'm still having a hard time seeing it, so I'm glad I took pictures! If advice were ever to be given, I would say TAKE THEM! I didn't want to, but I did. It's so much easier than guessing where you are and how far you've gotten. Measurements would be an amazing thing to do as well, but it's something I didn't do until 1/2 way through. I wish I would have done it before.

Anyway, hopefully I've done this right to get the picture to load! It's also my profile picture, in case it doesn't! This was a double victory for me... technology and I don't get along. :)

    Yes yes yes!

    I switched fried for grilled, candy for carrots, and the couch for the pavement! I started a c25k, but it really took a toll on my knee, so my stepdaughter (7) and I (22) just walk (mostly... :D We get some jogging done once in a while...)

    I wanted to show her that you don't HAVE to be this way. You can be healthy! :)

    You are right, my son is around 55 lbs or so and almost 8, a 1st grader and yes, I lost a 1st grader too! Great work!!!!!!!!!
