I'm 28 and from NJ. I've always been a yoyo dieter. I love this website. I actually feel more motivated to do things just so that i can log it!

As you can see I have a long way to go.
I struggle most with calorie intake. I can't seem to eat enough. Used to have the eating to much issue..lol. It seems now that I don't eat fast food or drink coffee, I can't seem to make enough meals or eat enough calories. I have only healthy foods in my fridge, lots of fruits for snacking.

            Hi Rachel, pease add me. I will be your cheerleader and you can be mine. I've got 45 lbs to lose (could be more but I will re-evaluate that as I get closer to my goal). My diary is open and I find that reading other diaries is enlightening.0
