Fitness kcals

Hey was just wondering...are you supposed to eat the extra kcals you've earned from exercise? I have been doing but I'm not sure whether it's right to do so? Thanks

In short yes. In order to hit your goal, as set out in MFP, you should eat your exercise calories as MFP already puts you in a caloric deficit before adding exercise. Just be sure not to over estimate the amount of calories you burn during exercise.0
