Help!!! I've been doing workouts at home doing some of the "free" videos offered on AT&T and I'm not sure how to track it. Anyone have any idea how to record the activity done with these? I am at a bit of a loss as I can't seem to find anyting on the data base.

  • you can just log it as aerobics. That way you can log it as something.
  • I have AT&T. How do I get at these free videos?

If you are incorporating any weights, use circuit training. That how people log 30-Day Shred on MFP for example.

I use a heart rate monitor to find how many calories I burn then create my own exercise.

Koreansponge -- do you have AT&T U-verse? If so, go to the menu screen and then manually type in "workout", you'll have many different workouts pop-up. The ones that are free, will say "free" next to it. It's under the exercise tv category. Each month, they're different workouts. It's great.
