Sore muscles.

I got back on track with my exercise routine yesterday combining level 1 and level 2 of the 30DS for a more challenging workout and even better results. Today my muscles are sore and I can't decide whether I should or shouldn't do my exercise routine today. Thoughts? :)

    Training frequency can actually help with the pain.

    As a beginner you're bound to feel some kind of pain cause you're using muscles in a way they've never been tested before.

    The pain will ease the more you do it and get better at it.
