    At the suggestion of someone I'd like to have slept with, I watched Visioneers the other day.

    1 star film. Absolutely one of the most stressful movie-watching experiences I've ever had. But I mention that because I can see how it might appeal to someone.

    But don't expect the same Zach Galifianakis from The Hangover, or the same Judy Greer from Arrested Development or Archer.

    My daughter talked me into joining Netflix, so I'm going to move as many movies over from Blockbuster as I can, and then I can add some of the ones here that weren't on Blockbuster. Yay!!!

    My heart dropped watching Dear Zachary and I couldn't catch my breath and actually had to stop the movie for a minute.

    One of my favorites is a Russian movie called "The Concert". Funny, poignant, it really had all the elements of a great movie. There's also a Mexican movie called "Like Water for Chocolate" that's wonderful.

    Another great one is the fantasy flick "Stardust" with De Niro and Michelle Pfieffer, with a great cameo by Ricky Gervais. It's worth the price just to see De Niro as a gay pirate.... I think it would be a great movie for kids, but only if a gay pirate doesn't offend your sensibilities....
