30 day shred

well i just started it today n im so excited idk why LOL

so for ppl who did it ,would u show me ur results plz? :)

also how many times a day u did it?

is it ok to do it just once a day while its just 20mins..?

    I didn't take before and afters when I did it but I started noticing results about 3 weeks in. I was already at my goal weight when I started and I didn't lose any weight (I actually gained, haha!) but I could tell my stomach/arms/upper back looked better. I did 2 more of her videos after that one and when I finish 6 week 6 pack I am going to start over with 30 Day Shred. I only did it once a day when I did it (in addition to some walking/jogging about 4x a week) and I used 5 pound weights. If you stick with it you will definitely see results! Great job for starting it! I love Jillian!

    I started yesterday and I'm pairing it with one of Jillians other DVDs. I'm alternating between Killer Buns and Thighs, 6 week 6 pack and Ripped in 30.

    I started doing it twice a day on Monday and i've already lost 1/4" off of my hips, 1/4" off of each arm and off of each thigh, as well! I use 2 lb weights. I'm loving it!!! Feel free to add me for motivation! I don't have a before and after photo, since i've just started 3 days ago, but when i do, i'll post!!

    I have done the 30 DS a few times but never finished the whole program. I just finished Day 7 this morning. I took before pictures but of course am not done yet so I do not have afters.

    I noticed a lot before in the way my clothes fit and the inches, but the scale did not move very much. So if the scale does not move as much as you would like do not get discouraged. Make sure to take your measurements now, so you can have something to measure it against at the end!

    I do the 30 DS in the mornings, and hit the gym for 45 minutes to an hour in the afternoon 5-6 days a week.
