help with food diary

Not sure if there is a way to input the foods I usually buy from the grocery store and have a daily menu generated according to the calorie intake for the day. I shop perimeters, stay away from processed food, fry foods, rarely eat out. I am 51, 5'7, and currently weigh 133. I was 125 until after my hysterectomy about 3 yrs ago. I have been in a battle to keep weight from gradually creeping up. My dr is trying to get hormones in check. I play tennis 3-5 days a week, Do hip hop abs routine, work part-time and nothing keeps weight off.

    The think is dont consider just calories...also check fats and carbs too..with above exercises you will succeed very soon :))
