I've been having such a hard time lately with junk food cravings, so I found this recipe and its amazing. Great healthier alternative to cheesecake!
Greek Yogurt Cheese Cake Mini's
INGREDIENTS:
12 oz Plain Greek yogurt (I used the Chobani Brand)
1 package Sugar Free Fat Free Cheese Cake Pudding Mix
1 Cup almond milk (or any other milk)
3 Tbs Butter
5 Graham Cracker sheets
12 Cupcake liners
DIRECTIONS:
In Zip Lock Baggie, crush graham crackers. Melt butter and mix into graham crackers until well blended. In a lined cupcake tin, evenly distribute cracker mixture, using your fingers, pack it down. In a mixing bowl, add Greek yogurt, Cheese cake pudding mix, and milk and mix well. once well mixed evenly distribute into the cupcake tin. Pop in your freezer or refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Makes 12 Cupcake sized cheesecakes
Definitely a low calorie alternative to cheesecake. If you like greek yogurt, it will be a nice little bonus!

Sounds really easy and good! The only thing I may add is a bit of vanilla for a bit of flavor and some fresh berries on top! Thanks for the recipe0

I like to replace 1/2 the butter in recipes with non-fat plain greek yogurt... So doing that plus using the non-fat yogurt elsewhere in the recipe- the nutrition is:
Cals- 58
Carbs- 8
Fat- 2
Protein- 4
Sat Fat- 00 -

There is a recipe here that is 30cal cheesecakes. Take out the actual cheesecake mix. It's greek yoghurt, strawberries, banana, choc chips.
Basically frozen yoghurt & fruit but comes out like a cheesecake and so low in cals it's great.0 -

I have made these before; I changed it up a little. Instead of using the graham crackers and butter I used the mini individual graham cracker pie crust and topped it with a few peaches or strawberries. It only ups the calories to 166 (or less if you use more of the mini pie crust) and I have my own mini little cheese cake.0
