Help! Never thought this was possible

I have only eaten 900 calories today my goal is 1200 and I worked out today burning 459 calories, its 530 and I go to bed at 9 I don't want to eat anything un-healthy and I'm not really hungry but I know eating less than 1200 calories is not healthy.....I use to eat much much more but i'm not even really hungry right now. I'm not stuffed, but in that comfortable zone. What should I do??

    A nice smoothie or drink of juice might help. I have just done that tonight myself.

    If you have vanilla protein shake mix in the evening (2 hours before going to bed), I think you would be able to get close to your caloric zone. Add a cup of frozen mixed unsweetened berries and blend it up. It almost tastes like ice cream :flowerforyou:
