    ^^ plus Shrek and Hannibal. Hannibal was the only one actually caught in first run theaters. The rest I watched for buck fifty in the old second run theater my freshman year in college. Ahh the memories :D

    Independance Day & Twister were the two top grossing movies that year.

    Also, Baz Luhrmann's version of Romeo & Juliet came out which was another big movie.
