My feet hurt from work today...Im a cosmotologist ...and yes I was wearing heels...Does anyone know if Wedge heels are worse for your back than others? just curious:) I need a good foot massage right about now!

    and yes i wear heels to work
    but i switched to wedge sandles
    they feel alot better! but then again i work oneday a week lol
    but try lower heels? or lower wedges?

    wedges are better for your back because they are more stable.....but even high wedges can hurt your feet and your back
