Hungrier when I don't workout?

If I skip or delay a workout, I find I am much hungrier for the rest of the day, even if I eat the same amount.

Anyone else notice this, or is it just me?

ETA : It really seems to be a psychological thing, because I don't suffer from this issue on planned rest days.

I notice it. I think it's just because I'm bored.

Nope, working out makes me less hungry too
    Odd, isn't it?
Guess it goes to show that there really is an emotional attachment for some to food. At least, that is what I attribute it to - When I work out I feel better mentally and don't crave food.

I am the same, at first I thought it was due to filling in extra time, but even the days I do my workout very early I still fell less hungry and have very little cravings.

Heavy exercise is an appetite suppressant. It's one of the ways that "naturally" lean people maintain with seemingly little effort...most are relatively active.

I notice the same. Cuts the hunger dramatically.
