My buffalo-flavored breakfast obsession

I thought I would share my newest breakfast obsession...they are so good and keep me full.

7-8 wonton wrappers (dep on how hungry I am in am)
3-4 ounces cooked chicken
2 tsp. Frank's buffalo sauce
2 wedges light garlic & herbs laughing cow wedges

Press wonton wrappers in muffin tin (no need to even spray). Mush everything else together w/a fork. Divide evenly to fill wonton wrappers. Bake at 400 for 8 mins.

I've also done with turkey taco meat topped with cheese or salsa. Possibilities are endless.

Edit: I didn't use the bleu cheese, butter, or celery and they still turned out AWESOME.

I love wonton anything..... I have put apples with cinnamon for an apple pie, made baked crab ragoons, and even made a "lasagna". It's a great alternative for bread and makes it fun. Next attempt to make one with scrambled eggs and turkey sausage so I have a breakfast on the go. (plus it doesn't hurt to look fancy too)

I never heard of using wonton wrappers in this way - I suppose the possibilities are endless! Breakfast on the go, little snacks, appetizers... you could fill them with all kinds of stuff! Thanks for sharing.

I've been using the eggroll wraps (larger than wontons) instead of bread for my turkey burgers - wrap up like an envelope and bake in oven (actually in the toaster oven at work...) it gets nice a crispy and holds whatever i might have put on the burger (mushrooms/onions etc) nice and tidy and in place while i eat ...

ETA - buffalo turkey burgers incidently ..

I have also done the egg roll wrappers with the buffalo chicken inside....also a chicken parmesean version. I am partial to buffalo though, buffalo anything. One of my friends and I pin so much buffalo stuff on Pinterest, it is crazy :)
