                    300 CALF RAISES!

Level 1: From floor
Level 2: Heels hanging off any kind of step
Level 3: Add weights in your hands just hanging at your sides. No weights? Get creative!
DEFINITELY stretch BEFORE, BETWEEN, & AFTER SETS. And if this is your first time doing this exercise, please start at level 1.

 Finished....and in between sets included 100 squats and 100 side bends to break it up....thanks for the challenge. I things I can do in the office in between work!                        0 things I can do in the office in between work!                        0

            Done! Did these while doing the stairs at work and added in 170 squats that I'm doing for another challenge. Tomorrow is going to hurt 0 0

            Finally done! Also bumped it up by adding 100 jumping jacks. I'm sweating! 0 0

            Finished! (Had to break it up into 50-rep chunks, and dodge the confused glances of coworkers, but I did it!)0
