300 CALF RAISES!

If this is your second (or more) time doing these, try to beat your previous # by 5 or 10! Be sure to brag when you’re done!
Level 1: From floor
Level 2: Heels hanging off any kind of step
Level 3: Add weights in your hands just hanging at your sides. No weights? Get creative!
DEFINITELY stretch BEFORE, BETWEEN, & AFTER SETS. And if this is your first time doing this exercise, please start at level 1.

Finished....and in between sets included 100 squats and 100 side bends to break it up....thanks for the challenge. I things I can do in the office in between work!0 -

Finally done! Also bumped it up by adding 100 jumping jacks. I'm sweating!0

Finished! (Had to break it up into 50-rep chunks, and dodge the confused glances of coworkers, but I did it!)0
