I just found myfitness pal, I recently quit watch watchers even though I loss 17 pd on the program in the past 7 weeks, the points plus program was just a pain. I like to just count calories and count my calories I'm burning. After looking around on this site and downloading the app, I feel this program is a better fit for me and my busy schedule. Peggy

    Hey I've been on here for a while and lost 10lbs. It's a good app to track everything.. I got off track but back on track now. Good Luck :)
