Some days like today I have little time and little appetite. After work outs burning 500 calories band already being under goal in plan to eat but I've never been able to eat a ton at one time. Since In work put mainly at night is it bad to end the night with a glass of wine after working out with my meal?

Did you steal the wine or are you going to get drunk and disorderly and have the neighbours phone the cops after your glass of wine? If not, and if you are going to have it WITH a proper meal, it's not bad - :drinker: enjoy! Just make sure the meal covers your macros for proper nutritional value....0

I'm to tired to cause ruckus lol. Thanks I figured it was OK but just wanted to make sure alcohol right after working out was OK.0

The drawback on alcohol is that it interferes with fat burning since alcohol is the first source of energy used when consumed. So if you drink it before bed (and sleeping is when we usually burn the most fat), then fat loss will be slowed.
