P90X routine

So I just got the P90X dvds from my brother. I have the set for the lean program. I'm planning on replacing some of my regular gym days with P90X, but I don't want to toss out all my gym exercises, as its the only place I have access to real weights and I want to keep racquetball (to do with hubby) and swimming (for my fibromyalgia) as a part of my regular routine.
What is the opinion of everyone on whether or not I'll still get good results? My sister-in-law has lost inches like mad and that's something I really want to see now that I'm closer to my healthy weight. Will breaking up the routine a little to do other workouts ruin it?

P90X was mad to be done together. You an ad other stuff to it but do it straight out to see the best resluts, also follow the food guidelines. They will work wonders....0
