One pound away from my goal and feeling great!

My current goal weight is 140 pounds. I've been at it since January and now I'm almost there! I am thinking about maybe dropping down to 135 or 130 as soon as I reach my goal, but I'm letting my body work at its own pace and just trying to eat healthfully. About a month ago I posted on here about reaching a plateau to the tenth of a pound exactly for about 3 weeks. I changed up my routine but only slightly, and today I weighed and measured for the first time since then! Even after I already eaten my breakfast and lunch and drank about half of my water for the day (my water is typically around 6 to 7 cups and this was after I had drank 3 cups) I was at 141.8! I had mentally prepared myself to be up a few pounds considering my calorie and water intake... I would have been happy to still be under 145, but I literally did a little happy dance while standing on the scale at 141.8!!! Woohoo! I move home from college in a few weeks so I will be able to track a more accurate weight then (Accurate as in first thing in the morning, before eating or drinking anything) but I have high hopes that I have reached my goal! :) In addition to all of this weight loss excitement, I am proud to announce that my hip measurement is also an inch smaller than before! :)
