Hi moved to france last Novemer have gained 3stone in the last 10 years and am desperate to loose at least 1.5 stone before my birthday (50th) in June

Hi Nicci. We moved to France in 2006. At 63 it has taken me almost nine months to lose the three stones I had gradually accumulated over a period of three decades. Just started on maintenance. Feel free to friend me.0
