I did the fit test this morning, just had a horrible thought, are you meant to start on a Monday? as you're meant to have Sundays off and i've started my fit test today to start dvd 1 tomorrow....

    Start whatever day you want to. Just go in the order suggested to keep on track.

    I did fit test yesterday and am starting the first DVD today so in the same position don't think it matters just have the rest day after 6 days :happy:
