Looking for Assistance with Body Fat and measurements

So, 3 years ago I had my measurements and body fat calculated. My body fat % was 19.35%. Today, I went and had them done again, body fat 20.18%. What really concerns me are some of my skinfold measurements. Does anybody have any experience with these measurements?
Specifically, my chest, axillary and illium measurements. My chest in particular, she measured 7mm higher than 3 years ago and my axillary came in at 3 mm higher?
I have spent a lot of time working on my chest muscles, so am shocked that the skinfold measurements would increase that drastically.
Any information would be great.
Thanks !!

You've got fatter, it's that simple.
Working your chest wont remove fat from your that area.0 -
While I would normally agree with your assessment, the rest of my measurements decreased or remained the same, so I am only getting "fatter" in one area?0

It would seem so.
With any measurements you really need to track trends. 2 measurements 3 years apart isnt really a good comparison.0
