30DS VS gym workouts

Ok, I am having a MAJOR dilemma! I can barley get to 900-1000 calories a day and am going to the gym 4-5 days a week burning roughly 500 calories, leaving me a net of 400-600 calories a day. I did the 30 DS for a few days and burned about 245 calories. The scale is not budging!!!!! Would it be best for me to do the 30 DS or continue my gym sessions? I feel like I am not really getting anywhere. I appreciate any input!

You are only netting a few hundred calories. That's your problem right there. EAT MORE......0

O my gosh, you need to eat so much more. Your body will never let that weight go because it is in starvation mode.0

To lose 1 pound per week:
Example: Let's say you need 2000 calories to maintain your current weight*. If you eat a NET of 1500 calories a day .... your deficit for the week = 3,500 calories (or 1 pound) ..... that's 2000-1500 = 500 ..... 7 x 500 = 3500. *Your maintenence calories will depend upon your current height & weight.
Now NET calories are "calories in vs. calories out" ..... You eat 1800 and exercise for 300 = 1500 calories NET
The type of exercise you do depends upon your goals ..... cardio and strength training both have benefits - but they are different benefits. 30 DS is circuit .... supposed to combine both cardio & strength. Losing weight is 80-90% diet...... exercise is more about what the finished "product" will look like (your shape).0 -
You need to eat MORE!!! Search in the forums for "in place of a road map" - it a really helpful post explaining how many calories you need x0

You have posted pretty much this same thing in several forums already. Everyone keeps telling you to eat more and yet you do not do it. Nobody is going to tell you anything different so if you want to lose weight YOU NEED TO EAT MORE. End of story. Don't expect to lose weight any other way if you want to be healthy.0
