Book or website for stregnth training program?

I want to use free weights and equipment at the gym and get buff. And I have some things at home.
I want to find a program that spells out what to do (and how). When I google it is so overwhelming! Does anyone have a book or online program that is simple to follow?
Like a 30 day program?

I am currently doing StongLifts and really, really like it. It's easy to follow and I'm getting great results!

I carry the NROL4W book around with me at the gym. even if I am not following, it exactly, it has great ideas for exercises overall. Both the SL and NROL4W are great!

Just a question regarding stronglifts.com . . . . did you sign on to the website with your info to get the program, or did you get the info on the program elsewhere? I just don't want to get a bunch of spam on my email . . .
