Eating workout cals back - confused!

Hi,
I am on day 42 of Insanity and have been sticking to 2250 cals per day for the duration, I have been losing weights steadily and should be at my target (hopefully) when I finish. I am burning around 700-800 cals per workout but should I be eating more than the 2250 cals I have been?
I am male, 39, 6 ft1 and around 185kg now.

It would depend on how you got your goal of 2200 calories. If you are following MFP then yes you are suppose to eat those exercise cals back. If you are following some other method then probably not.0

is 2250 the deficit from TDEE from a very active modifier? If not, then you probably need to eat more (It seems really low for a person of your stats). I eat almost that amount and I am a 5'2" female with 3 workout day sper week...0 -
What do you mean by 'TDEE from a very active modifier'?
I do insanity 6 days per week but my job is a very inactive office job.0
