8 months & 40 pounds later: Before & After!

Hi all! My name is Anna, I'm 25 years old, from Baltimore, MD and this is my second progress post on here. Today I officially hit the 40 pound loss mark so I figured it was the perfect time to show how far I've come. The picture on the right was taken about 8 months ago and is the main reason I initially decided to join MFP. I pretty much assumed that I've always held my weight well, but it wasn't until this picture was taken of me at work that I saw how much I had gained. MFP has truly changed my life in that I've learned how essential exercise and eating well is key to living a healthy life. The support on here has been absolutely amazing, and I hope anyone feeling discouraged will see this and realize that the long road is the one to take...results won't be immediate but you'll get there in time and it'll be all the more worth it!
