try looking it up on youtube....may find it or some similar workouts that you can try for free that way before buying!

I bought BBL a while back. I've never actually done the full program, so I can't speak to it's effectiveness. I like to use the workouts as supplements to my normal workout routine. My favorites are the Cardio Axe, High & Tight, and Sculpt. I think they're pretty good workouts.

ok thanks for the input i was thinking about seeing if i can just buy one of the DVD instead of a whole set just to try it and see how it is, my daughter said she would do it with me

I have done BBL....for me it was an excellent supplement. Depending on your fitness level, you might not find it challenging enough alone. The GREAT thing about beachbody programs is you get a 30 day (sometimes more) money back guarantee...so if you don't like it, send it back for a full refund. I've done that with a couple of programs I have bought from BB...no problems...excellent customer service.
Best of luck to you !

You might see if your local library or video store has it for you to try. If you decide you're not sure, I'd highly recommend the 30 Day Butt Lift series on the YouTube channel BeFit. It's probably less intense, the workouts are only 10 minutes a day, although you add in more as time goes on. I just really like both trainers who do the workouts (Alicia Marie and Courtney Prather) and the exercises. BeFit also has a 90 day challenge that has you doing 30 or so minutes (3 10 minute segments) a day of varying things, and I enjoyed that as well, although I wanted more heavy lifting with it.

Congrats on almost reaching your goal weight!
keep pushing yourself a little bit more each week...either with intensity or more reps. I noticed more toning happening when I was cleaner in my eating...as they say, "Abs are made in the kitchen!"
