I'm a 27 year old female who was simply told by her doctor that "You've got to lose it or you'll be in trouble." Then I got my test results back and I looked the information up online and found that I was already in trouble. So, I'm working on bettering my cholesterol and weight so that I don't become diabetic and so that I can have a healthy, wonderful life. So, I'm off to a great start...eating more veggies and getting at least some movement in each day (20 mins. or so of pilates ball work). Wish me luck! I'll be back.

  • Thanks everyone! I am keeping it going. I thought dinner last night was going to wreck my whole day, but I did good...kept it all moderate! And I worked cardio and strength training today! Feeling good...now, if only I could get all of my other stuff done! :)
