Okay, so my coworkers are wondering how to cut out the fat in the belly, back, chest area. I say you can not really choose where the fat is going to come off. I say you cant really spot reduce. Cardio is number 1 to burning calories and fat-of course you need to do strength to build muscle and up your metabolism.
I think pilates is a great way to help tone the muscle, as well as any other type of ab/back work, but you need to cut back on your food intake and up the cardio to lose the fat over it. Any help here would be great. Thank you:):indifferent:

You are right, spot reducing is a myth. You must get plenty of exercise both cardio and resistance training and only your body will decide exactly where to take off the weight.0

I wish you could! My lower belly is not firming like I would like it to, c-section and too many peanut m&ms!0
