thinking of other snacks that i could actually have and not feel guilty... i thought about a great summer cool down treat... that will make you think back to you childhood... but better for you... try this....Diet Root Beer or Diet Coke/ Sprite what ever soda you prefer... and Fat Free No Sugar Add Vanilla Icecream....Mix together for a Cool Refreshing Float....... yummy.... only 70 calories ..and 5g of sugar....:love: love this
