Low calorie drinks

Hi everyone. Just wondering if anyone has any tips about low calorie soft drinks. I have an oesophageal ulcer so fruit juice, squashes and fizzy drinks are off the menu but I'm finding water and skimmed milk sooooo boring.

Anyone know anything else I could try?

Hugs

    Chocolate soy milk... mmmm.
  • What about things like green tea, herbal teas... they can be very low cal, and come in a variety of flavours!

I agree - there are many herbal teas that taste fruity and sweet without adding sugar. I know that celestial bengal spice tea tastes good, and it's just like a chai latte if you add a little milk!

Crystal Light has no calorie drops you can put in your water to flavor it up, but I've gotten so used to plain ice cold water that they tend to be too sweet for me. I know it's boring, but you will adjust! Add lemon or orange slices perhaps? A "splash" of OJ might jazz it up!
