Not quite there, but I hit a milestone today (Pics)

Hi guys,
Never was going to really do this, but I found some pictures from just before I started to lose weight and I took a recent photo.
I've always been overweight and gone on fad diets, e.g. starving myself - rather than anything like the Cambridge or the likes.
As of today, I have lost 50lbs since July/August 2012. I am 20 years old, female, 5'4 and I started at 197lbs. I am now 147lbs (1.3lbs away from a healthy BMI!) I went from a UK size 16 to a size 10 or loose size 10 depending on the shop!
I won't go too in depth with my story, but I first visited my nurse who offered me a weight loss clinic, which I attended and successfully lost a lot of weight - although she did put me on 1000kcals a day at one point. (By the way, I am now eating 1700kcals!) It was a wake up call when I started avoiding pictures, people and when I did see a picture, I would just look at myself in disgust and ask someone to delete it.
I do zumba 2x a week, and I do a bit of strength, but not too much as I find it pretty boring! Small steps are the way to go.
Me at around 197lbs -
(I'm in the middle)
At about 160lbs -
About 154lbs -
The other day:
Sorry for the Instagram photos! Hope this inspires someone. I have roughly 20lbs more to to reach my target of 130lbs.
