5x5 Stronglifts...I have questions!

And want to know what other females on here are doing it? I am starting Monday. Super excited!
Right now, I lift heavy and run sprints with my dog. My dog NEEDS exercise. So on this Stronglifts program, is it ok to do cardio on the rest days??
Who else is doing it and how have you liked it?

My friend on MFP ---> JessXOVanity is doing the program too. You should friend her She and others do light cardio on rest days or do their cardio on their off days.0

It's a great program, download the app if you haven't.
I've started up c25k for between days, try and add in walking on lift days.0 -

I run 3.5mi on my offdays - run 3x week, SL 3x week, and rest one day. It is definitely sustainable. Listen to your body though, because you'll be doing a lot of different things to a lot of different parts of your body, and if you start hurting, you might end up doing some damage if you don't heed the warnings. But the only way to find your limits is to seek them :flowerforyou:0
