Sugar binge, in tears, but not over the sugar....

I had a sugar binge this morning.... two bowls of sugary cereal, english muffins with brown sugar and honey, and 2 blueberry pop tarts. I blew my entire calorie count for the day in less than an hour.

Then felt really crappy and got on the scales... 3.6 lbs since the last time I weighed.

You know what that means? For the first time in 15 years..... HEALTHY BMI!!!!!!!

I'm in tears.

To hell with the guilt, to hell with the sugar, I AM FREAKING AWESOME!!!

    Yes you are - Go Girl!! There will always be moments of madness but it is the long term sensible days that will make the greatest impact. I too know that I will have bad days but also know that success is only going to be possible if I just accept them as part and parcel of life. Congrtaulations on your wonderful BMI result.
