I hve been losing about two pounds a week and then it came to a stand still.i added diffrent exercises.I was still at a stand still.I then started evaluating everything. Well I thought that i was doing so well because I was drinking sugar free creamer instead of eating ice cream. All of a sudden I decided to look at the creamer. It is 30 calories per spoon. I was putting a lot of it in my coffee too.I do not know why i didn't look at the calories before.Since I look at everything else.Since cutting it out,I have lost a pound.Alos i have a question. If you keep your body at a certain amout of calories. Will your body not get use to it? Then you will stop losing. Is that possible?

If it is the flavoring that you want, Walmart has all kinds of different flavorings for coffee. They are the Davinci brand (I think...). I use the sugar free vanilla; it has 0 cal. They also have Kalua (sp? ) (I like that one, too), raspberry, hazelnut, etc. They come in regular and sugar free. I hope this helps:drinker:0

Yes, I have sugar free creamer that still has calories. Ladyzen is talking about syrups. I have the raspberry sugar free and if I close my eyes, I can imagine it's a Starbucks raspberry mocha. At least for the cals, I'll do it!:flowerforyou:0

i use the sugar free creamer and i like my coffee light. it has only 30 cals per 2 tsp but i would never give it up. regular 1/2&1/2 is like 60 cals and i use double0

Oh, yes, I was talking about the syrups. My bad:happy: Thanks for clearing that up for me, Pam0

The closer you get to your goal weight you will actually be able to consume more calories while maintaining that weight than you were while losing. Reason is you are MORE active. I re-do my goals every 10 lbs or every plateau and so far have found that with every 10 lbs I end up with a few more calories to eat. Granted, maintaining my heaviest weight took a lot of calories and little or no exercise so no matter what I will never be able to eat like that again, but I will be able to eat.0

so are you saying that you are eating more calories than the beginning or less. I didn't realize that I was going over my calories because I was drinking a lot of that creamer.lol I have now lost 3 more pounds. I am suppose to up my calories? Want that make me gain?0
