I have 4 snacks I have been relying on

1 Fruit - doesn't matter what kind usually Apple, orange, grapes or strawberries
2 Almonds or pistachios use them when I crave something salty but really hate that they are so high in calories
3 String cheese made from 2% milk 70 calories and takes time to eat by pulling it
4 Reduced fat triscuts a bit high in calories but for me a better option then chips or Doritos

you can freeze sugar free, fat free, or regular jello pudding snack packs. It takes longer to eat and its kinda like ice cream for only 60 cal. for the sugar free or fat free ones! great for when you're craving dessert!

Granny Smith apples with a little Laura Schudders PB.

Thick cucumber slices that sat in a little tahini dressing overnight. Still crunchy, but infused with flavor.
