Okay so iv started and stopped and started and stopped but this time I'm here for good and will do this, iv got a lot of weight to shift but I know it's possible.
Will be increasingy walking and decreasing portion size.

Getting started is hard. I know; but the decision to carry through gets positive feedback when you do. I started my exercise this morning. I feel pretty pleased with myself that I accomplished it. Now more conscious of what I eat with The food tracker. Let me know if you lose your motivation. I'd be glad to help.0

I'm in the same boat...start and stop....but we can do it!!!!....don't you find it tiring to carry around all the weight??..wouldn't life be soooo much easier in a lighter body???....i think so....so lets stay motivated!!!!0
