I am new to myfitnesspal, but, I love the site already! My friend Aj recommended that I try it. I have already logged my food and exercise for the day. I am currently on a 20 day herbal cleanse and it's working very well. I am cleaning out all of my organs and systems first and then implementing a more plant based diet...with occasional meat. I don't believe in weighing myself because I have lots of muscle and since it weighs more than fat, it gets discouraging. Looking forward to hearing your success stories! Til next time..

  • Hi, the batteries in my scale died and I haven't bought anymore. I feel like when I can use my scale to justify eating bad things simply because the scale doesn't move.

    I hold myself more accountable when I don't have any way of judging what I'm doing. I'm not sure if it's working, but I usually only measure myself by tape measure anyways.

    That said, I have lost 50lbs, kind of stuck here now but losing inches! :)

    Hi all. I am the classic yo-yo dieter. I have been everything from six to fourteen stone, and have found my weight creeping up again. I just want to get in to my size 10 jeans again while they are still fashionable!
