strenth progress not shown in status?!

why when you add strengh exercises to your dsaily log, why don't they display in your status?!?!?!

MFP does not calculate calories for strength training due to variables such as exertion, amount of weight, reps, machine vs, free weights, etc. However, you can find a calorie count for strength or weight training under cardiovascular. I tend to use that because I lift heavy and do all groups in a 45 minute period.0
