Workaholic needs workout suggestions

I'm about to finish my little mini vacation where I've gotten a good start on returning to a healthy lifestyle. The issue I see looming is that I won't have time for long walks or even regularly scheduled exercise.
I'm returning to a very chaotic job where I'll be doing about 100 hour a week for the next five months. Any suggestions on what kind of quick, 30 minute, in my office type of workouts I might be able to do? I've been thinking of getting some barbells, but feel ridiculous taking a barbell break at lunch. Alternatively I could do some late evening workouts to break up my long nights, but don't know about nighttime walks being such a good idea.
Work is usually 9am to midnight or later, and I have never been good at getting up earlier than strictly necessary, so I want to find a way to exercise at work.
Any suggestions are welcome, and no, I don't intend to maintain this schedule for the long haul, but it is necessary for the next five months.

YIKES! How about getting a new job??
Seriously, though, that is a stress on your life. I hope you can develop other habits that will enable you to remain as stress-free as possible during this time.
Not sure what you could do in your office--anything you do will get you all sweaty and that isn't good when you have to go back to work.
You might want to try getting up a little bit earlier for a walk or bike ride. Even 30 minutes on a bike would be good exercise for you.0 -

Could you slip into the privacy of your office for 10 minutes every two hours, and do a mini routine?
50 jumping jacks
100 crunches
20 lunges
20 push ups
*repeat 3 x*
Then follow each mini routine with 500mls of water?
Once you get bored of this one, change it up with new exercises?
I try and get these sorts of routines into the day (I have a similarly hectic schedule but it involves a 1yr old, a 3yrd old).
You could be fighting shape by the time he gets into office!!!

What about some resistance bands? You might feel a bit less "silly" than the dumbells. Or, some stretching? A short walk around the block?

A couple of ideas:
You should check out a gym membership close to your office. Working such long hours, getting out to do 30 minutes of cardo in the middle of day would probably give you a needed break and increase your overall productivity.
Also I work with a guy who's job involves a lot of phone and computer time. He put a treadmill in his office and put a standing height table in front for his laptop. He uses a phone headset and works while walking. He walks slowly so he can still use the phone, but walks for probably 4 hours a day. At first people thought it was weird, but now everyone thinks he's brilliant.0
