chicken & veggies

Will I get good results if I just stick to chicken and veggies every meal? What kind of changes can I expect to see in my body? This is assuming I dont get bored and actually stick with it. Thanks

    Depending on your veggies choices, and how much you eat, it could go ok. Id be bored after a day ot two. Be sure to add a source of calcium to that too...milk, or a supplement.

    I'd get so bored. You've already acknowledged you might get bored, so why not google some lower cal recipes, branch out a bit and learn to cook some other meals which will keep you interested and help you reach your goals?

    Chicken, fish, fruits, and veggies are the main staple to my diet, but I mix it up A LOT or IDE get bored. You want to eat in a way that you can keep doing for the rest of your life so you don't go back to where you were.
